I keep seeing the same hands show up just about every time we play. We have a foursome playing casual bridge. Any suggestions on what I need to do about this?

our table gets set up but the others can't find it. They are online but people says they are not. This happened several times today, but has also happened to one of the other members of our table on other days. We have properly set up the table each time and the names are correct. Is this a known problem? Any ideas on what to do? Today a third member finally setup the table and we finally got on but it took half an hour to get there.
