My friend recently joined and hates the name she chose. How can she choose a new name?

I sent my request to support a week ago when I first noticed the issue and got no reply. I posted twice because I posted in the wrong forum the first time. One of my cards has magically reappeared so if you did it, thanks. At least it was the one I most wanted. Today, even though my recovered card has the correct partner name, it did NOT show up when we were playing so I have no idea if the opponents were assuming SAYC or not. Since my partner and I play precision, it is pretty important that we be able to use the correct card. Can you offer any suggestions on why I couldn't see our card during the game this afternoon or should I start yet another thread?

It's dangerous to be poking around and trying out buttons if you can't tell what they do. Thanks, I'll look for the option tomorrow.

Where is the back button? This is the first time I've used the forum. I click on a message and see that thread but how do I get back to where I was before I clicked on a message.

Please recover my convention cards. It takes a long time to create them and edit them. You must have them on some back up. Just please recover them.

I would like the option of dropping out of a tournament after joining but before it starts.

Some people have user names that are not easy to relate to. I would like to assign my own name for them when I friend them then I don't have to remember that Suzie Q is xyz22abc.
