  1. I am interested in playing in one of those free tournaments. However, most of them are private, and only a few are open to public. To find those free tournaments open to public, I have to go through each and every one that are listed. To go through the listing to find them is quite time consuming. Is there a easier way to find those free tournaments that are open to public? Thanks Charles.
  2. Right now I am only allowed to setup one team game at a time. We are thinking of organizing a team game tournament, and I need to be able to setup more than one team game at a time. Who should I talk to so that I can setup more than one team game? Thanks.
  3. Once I setup a 2-table team game and I am not playing, when can I logout and do my own things and log back in later. Or I have to login all the time. Thanks.
  4. Thanks very much for the reply. Yes, that is the game. Just in case this happens again, I would appreciate it very much if you wouldn't mind showing me how to get the results file. Please go step by step, I am not a computer person. (I don't see "myhand" when I logged in) Thanks
  5. As advised by this forum's members, I setup a 2 table team game. I setup 20 boards and enabled barometer. My table finished 20 boards first. Score for our last board could be seen in history. But when the other table finished the last board, their last board result wouldn't show up in history and final results did not include the last board played. How do I get the last board scores included in the final standings? Thanks
  6. Yes,it is. But I couldn't remember where did I post it. Would you be kind enough to direct me to my original post? If re-posting is causing problem, I am sorry.
  7. We are a community bridge club for seniors. We are trying to setup a free virtual bridge club on BBO. We were told BBO is now overloaded and will not allow anymore new virtual club. BBO advised us to join big organization like ACBL and ask ACBL to setup a virtual club on BBO for us. However, to join ACBL, our members have to be a ACBL member, the membership fees is huge, and then each time our members want to play, they have to pay. Our members are on fixed pension, to pay for a ACBL membership and then pay to play each time is a hardship. Since BBO allows big organization like ACBL to setup up new virtual clubs, that would mean the capacity is there, BBO just wants to reserve the capacity for pay clubs. Could BBO reconsider the position, and make exception for non-profit bridge clubs for seniors so that they can setup a virtual club and can continue to playing bridge for free? Thanks
  8. We are a community bridge club for seniors. We would like to set up a free virtual club on BBO so that our members can continue to play bridge. But we were told BBO is overloaded and would not allow anymore virtual club. BBO advised us to contact big organization like ACBL and let ACBL to set us up. But to do this, first of all, we have to be members of ACBL which membership costs big money, and then when the virtual club is setup, we have to pay to play. Our members are on fixed pension, paying for ACBL membership and then have to pay each time they play is a hardship. Now, since big organization can setup new virtual clubs on BBO, that means that the capacity is there, but just that BBO is reserving the capacity for paying clubs. Would BBO re-consider their position and allow people like us - seniors - to setup a free virtual club? Thanks Charlie
