I do not mind lobby messages because I've disabled them. But I played in such tournaments and I was waiting 20 or 30 minutes for a game to start after the scheduled time. I think the number of times a TD can change the starting time of a tournament should be limited to 2 or maximum 3 times.

At the moment I arrived at the table the alerted biddings was: 2♦ : 5+Majhor and 5 + any 8_11 points 2♥: 3+ heart 0-13 point I've asked West what is the problem and he said look at the alerts. I did and I told him everything is OK and I asked him to play. Then he said that South has changed it from 5+ majors to 5+ major and 5+ any. I was not able to find anything from the other 3 payers because they where not speaking english (I initiated a topic on this but nobody answered) How would you rule this?

In all my tourneys that I've directed I mentioned that only English will be spoken. Still, I'm being called by people who doesn't speak English at all. I don't want to limit the participation based on the players language because in my country almost everyone speaks English and we will not be able to participate to a tournament with English as a player's language. Is it possible to add a field to the player's profile with this attribute? Or how do you do this? Also a nice thing to have is red dot on the players and different color for the player who's to play when you look at all tables. In this way we can see faster when there is a problem or a long inactivity.
