Should an invitation for a team match time out or be rejected, save the team match creation so it can be edited and re-sent.

When asking for a sub for an event, allow the requestor to specifiy the experience level of the requested sub.

When we play face-to-face bridge, if a table, boards, and players are ready, we start the last round, even if a table is still playing the next-to-the-last round. BBO also needs to allow this. Thank you.
