My partner and I separately have had the same problem with the screen freezing. In separate games, I had to be replaced and the next game he had to be replaced. Our opponents were equally frustrated with the resulting delays. In both cases, we checked and had no internet problems. BBO needs to fix this problem or you will lose players.
