We are also in need for this. We play weekly, 24 boards, 4 pairs, rotating pairings, 3 rounds of 8 boards. round 1: pairs 1 vs 2, 3 vs 4. round 2: 1 vs 3, 2 vs 4 round 3: 1 vs 4, 2 vs 3. this means that everyone sits at the table against everyone. It also balances the strength in a way. so you are not doomed depending on what pair you are matched with. (except the marginal effect of what boards is played against whom) Since we started using BBO, we could not set it up conveniently, and consequently, we had to change our play structure. So if setting up a 3 rounds team game would be possible, it would be highly appreciated!
