Our tournament seems to have a big problem - has BBO crashed again? I am running two tournaments but I can not access the tables to see what is going on The tournament seem to be running along on their own

According to an email I received from BBO, you now need to be at iOS 11 to access BBO using an iPad. They no longer support iOS 10 or earlier - iPad 4th generation uses iOS 10 You can check your iOS level in Settings on your iPad

Update from Corinne Little (BBO) via email They have blocked access to BBO for - all Windows versions prior to Windows 7 - all MacOS/iPad/iPhone prior to iOS 11.0

A member of our club has uses an iPad 4th Generation (iOs version 10.3.3) When she logs in to BBO she gets the Home Page displayed but none of the links take her to the list of competitions for example if she taps on Competitive - nothing happens BBO version is 5.9.1 She was able to play in our tournament as recently as 19 July but not last Monday 2 August

They same thing happened to one of our players last week. I am pretty sure that there were 17 pairs registered, +allavail+ was in use and yet the tournament started with 16 pairs. I had a call from the pair that were not seated, but was unable to see why they were excluded. I did get a message to say that a different pair had a partner missing, but then the missing player logged in and the tournament started. If there are two or more pairs offline and +allavail+ is in use, do you get a message for each pair?

It's probably a timing problem with cached files on your PC and the various servers involved in BBO - a bit like the delays in results getting displayed

Another follow on question, if a pair are dropped from the start because one or both of them are offline, can they be subbed in once the tournament starts - assuming that they reconnect and that there are empty seats/sit-outs to put them into?

I think it was because I had selected a saved deal folder - it would be nice to have been told that Indeed it would be nice to see the name of the deal folder selected - however

I usually use the Copy Tournament button to create a new tournament but this no longer works? Is this a permanent change or just a temporary bug?
