Why won’t BBO fix their network issues?

I agree. I play about an hour/day, mainly express rewards bbo 4 board tourney. It seems that 1 out of every 3 tourneys I'm disconnected for no reason, and there's definitely no issues with my internet. I've written bbo about this with no fix to date. Keith Chasin. (kc11)
