This is my grandfather's account. I'm not familiar with the software. When I try to log-in his account, it says "Player list is loading. Please wait", I have to wait for at least 2 minutes. Afterwards, it says "Updating convention cards" and after 1 minute wait, it gives a connection error and disconnects. I don't know what the problem is and how I can solve it. My grandfather can't play right now and I really want to help.
