How do I post a picture of my amazing deal?

We have started getting messages the "It is your turn to bid" This is very annoying. We are not playing a timed game. I need to think before I bid. It knocked me off when I didn't bid in time. How do we get rid of the new "feature"?

One of my foursome thinks that the host (the one who set up the table) gets better cards than the others. Is this possible? We have a one player who always sets up the table. That player rotates their seat N, W, S, E every time the table is set up. I thought the deals were random. This question applies to casual games. Thank you.

Google had a huge outage on all its services last night. This could be a result.

I login and click "Casual". On the next screen I click "Start a table" On the next screen where I can reserve seats, there are 2 buttons "Start Table - Relaxed Game" and "Start Table - Competitive Game" What is the difference? We have always clicked relaxed but what would be different if we clicked competitive?

In a casual game on the left side of the screen there is a box the shows IMP NS and EW. It has numbers + for one and - for the other. What do these numbers have to do with the hand being bid and played?
