Hello, Yesterday I had registered for the pairs 18 board tournament at 3:15pm and both my partner and I received a conformation that we were registered. When we logged back in a few minutes before the tournament started, the system showed we were registered. Then, within the last minute before the tournament started, we received a notice that our registration had been cancelled with no explanation. We were able to register for and play in the 4:15 tournament. Today, we also registered for the 3:15 tournament and received a confirmation. We logged back in just before hand and were not seated in the tournament and this time, did not see any message from the system that our registration had been cancelled. Can anyone help me understand what's happening? Thanks!
