There is an option to set "allow silent kibitzing" - what does this actually allow ? (not mentioned in my club managers manual)

A useful start would be to have the list of kibitzers available to each organiser. Perhaps making that list public (along with results ?) may deter a few who are kibitzing for self gain.

Do BBO management read these forums ? I've been trying to contact our account manager via email about our virtual club account but haven't been able to get a reply. Are there any other ways to contact management to deal with financial matters ?

I can set up a tourney with it but only get voice 1 way. Are there any instructions yet ? - or any planned ?? Can't work out if I have a local issue unless I know how it's supposed to work.

I started a tournament earlier with voice chat enabled but couldn't seem to get any voice. Is this a set-up issue? anybody else managed to make it work yet ?

Yesterday tournament #7392 had 15 pairs registered AND had +allavail+ in description. At start time I saw 1 pair removed and tournament start with 7 pairs tables (sorry). I spoke to the pair who insisted they were online and it looked to me as though they were as well.

OK. I have now 1. set the schedule time for 19.00 BST 2. Click modify and note the schedule lists as 21:59 3. Edit tournament and note it's set for 20.00 (without me changing anything) 4. Log off/on and note the scheduler shows 20.00 One for the technical team to look into please

Setting up for 27 October. Time adjusts to 21:01 instead of 19:00 and yes - UK time

I had noted you can't modufy more than 14 days hence - this time I am trying to modify 7 days (and a couple of hours) time

I'm relatively new at setting up tournaments but have been doing so for 4-5 weeks now. This week when I copied a previous tournament, then changed the start time and pressed modify the start time changed by 2 hours. Whenever I tried to change it I couldn't get the start time to stay to what I set. I decided to delete and create a brand new tournament - and get the same problem. I always get the yellow "tournament has been modified" notice. When I go back into edit mode the time has changed by 2 hours (and 1 minute). I have screen shots available

I've sent several emails to accounts over the past 4 weeks - the latest one a couple of days ago. So far nobody has replied to any mails - is there any other way of making contact ?

Hi, - new TD about to setup my first tourney..... I'm expecting 7 tables so am going for 3 board rounds. If I only get 6 tables will everybody play the last round against previous opps - or will the last round be cancelled ?
