Sometimes I can see how compatible another player is with me, by the number of stars listed in his or her profile, but not always. How is compatibility measured, and why is it missing from some users?

That's what I thought until today. I sat a a new table, i.e. started playing board 1. The score on the left never matched the score shown in the history window.

I would like to export hand to study using Bridgesolver, which requires pbn format. Is there a way to do that?
