Here is a real problem from a teams match (IMPs). I'd like to know what would you bid next with South's hand. Dealer: EAST Vuln: North-South Bidding: pass - pass - 1♠ - X 2♠ - pass - pass - X So your partner X'd twice, vulnerable. LHO opened non-vuln in 3rd seat. You inquire about the bidding and get the explanation that 1♠ is 4+ spades and 2♠ should be 4+ spades and in theory could be 3 spades with an honor. 2♠ is also 6-10 hcp. Let's say you know your partner very well and that the only possible shape he could have is 1 - 4 - 4 - 4. Second double shows extra strength. You hold as South: ♠ 9 6 x x ♥ K T 9 x ♦ T x ♣ A T x I'd like to know your opinion about your next bid. In the next couple of days I will generate a few random hands that comply with this bidding and run them in a double-dummy solver to see what the average score is.

Hi, I think just having 3 flags (friend/neutral/enemy) isn't enough. I'd like to distinguish between people that I just met on BBO from those who I actually know. Or, more generally, I'd like to have a lot of people as "friends" but some of them better than others. Two reasons for this: 1. I'd like to see my "best friends" first in the list of players who are online. 2. Perhaps I want to be notified when a user logs in only if he is a "best friend". If I have a lot of friends, those little popups can become annoying, but I don't want to switch them off completely. Thx.

How about you add "My Tournaments" to the "My Hands" page? I'd like to quickly find the tournaments that I participated in, without having to scroll through hundreds of tournaments, especially when I don't remember the name of the tournament! Thx!

Hi, It'd be nice if singletons were played automatically after, say, a few seconds delay. This would stop people from "thinking" when holding a singleton. For sure this has to be done on the last trick of a hand, as there is no point waiting for people with bad/broken connections (especially in a tournament). Also, this also must be done when dummy is holding a singleton. But I suggest you do it in all other occassions as well! (after a couple of secs delay) Cheers, Pedja.
