My game was terminated after a few hands. I tried to contact BBO by clicking on "Contact". This produced a drop-down window that asked for my email address and BBO name and password. I typed in these data and the system responded that it was unable to verify my name and password (although it did recognize them when I originally signed in). Any suggestions ?
