The players in my tournament are complaining about the video chat column. How do they get rid of it from their screen without also losing the History and other tabs?

I want to download all the deals from a recent team match, from both tables, and send them to our teammates who did not play that day. When I click on results and the Download Boards, it only gives me the boards from one of the tables - and when I upload the LIN file to my BBO Deal Archive, there is no option to see the Other Table. How do I download the boards from both tables of the team match? Thanks for your help!

If I create a convention card for use with Partner A and Partner A creates a convention card to use with me, what happens? How does BBO decide which card to use in the game?
