it happened to me in Chaos indy tourney - I was a sub myself and was replace - I got a msg saying original player returned and I was replaced, TD also told me that was automatic.,

Was surprised to learn that BBO replace sub automatic with dc player ( in free tourney) if dc player return, is it no longer up to TD? If so how long does system allow dc player to have seat back. Have mixed feeling about this,some players may not be willing to sub ,and believe maybe TD should have been advised.

some tournies ( like mine) allowed undo for misclick BID only,player ( maybe unaware of this ) request undo on card play - and that is not allowed - so if opp reject this they did nothing wrong - but ui info was passed. was suggested to me either allow undo for both - or not allow undo at all,seem thats t only solution.

Was under the impression that when a player ask for undo (in tourney) his partner can not see this,seem I was wrong - was advised by BBO that his partner can see him asking for undo. Is that the way it should be? just wonderfing,any comments?

During tournaments discussing boards in table chat can be seen by all - as it appear as tourney chat (mostly I believe when changing tables) many times is chat about a hand that was not played by all.(unclocked tourney is where this is really bad). I see TD getting angry with players ,players getting angry with other players - all is not really thier fault. Hope there is a way to fix this.

there been so many posting that imho belong to abuse. If is 'he say she say' - sry to be blant but i will call it gossip - if is fact maybe the right place to complain is abuse. I can not see a reason for some of last posting here - really sorry, am far from perfect ,try to do my best - same is true about most td i guess -have a player post here about my ruling - adding 'no wonder players are frustrated with td's' then register to play my tourney again - why? if he so suffer why play my T again? Is it possible that the player that see only 1/2 glass empty and 'hear' all t strange stories with all his stated knowledge - dsnt know about abuse? I doubt it. So please I am sorry to give abuse more to deal with - but most of posting that have nothing to do here should be sent to them. Hope u forgive my english ,pls.

sry my bad. As my english poor guess and read too fast ,didnt realise was playing same tournament,sorry.thought players that use 1 name to td another name to play - not in same tourney. Think is very wrong to play and td same tourney as 2 players. I think if any TD does it - is better to announce playing td and then he can use his name once. If wrong for a player to use 2 pc to play tourney - i believe same should go for td.

Oh well,any player can use as many names as he wish - he can also post under another name. I can really see nothing wrong with this. Seem to me all of us may see a glass 1/2 full - same as we can see it half empty - u see what u want to see. P.S. I use 1 name but can understand others that dont.

but then another player can join - can he? the way it work in 't other site' is u click on this opetion while playing and at t end of this hand u will stand - and NO CARDS will be dealt,so makes it easier to leave i think.

I had a few problemas with td's and imho we as TD should set example of good behavior - not t other way around. A TD that was blacklisted by me - started his own tourney and post them 5-10 min before mine, ( he threatened me that if i will not let him play my tourney he will do this - was via interpeter since he dsnt speak english). Another decided to direct a tourney while playing in mine (he was registered with a p and after few hands asked to leave) He also belongs to a 'group' of td - seem the Td that was schedualed - was playing another tournement,he told me he dsnt see anything wrong with what he did. So with all due respect to directors - maybe is time to try and make sure we all behave according to bbo rules ourselves.

My understanding - if it was indi you are compilely wrong. If it was pair game and NS was established partnership, you should ask South did they have expirience of similar psychic bid's before. If yes, I did right thing to adjust. If not - you have to let result stay, but advice players to alert 3rd hand's bid next time and explain it could be a bluff, because starting now they already have "partnership understandings" thich must be disclosed. Even more, you can restrict the use of such "partnership understandings" by ask them do not bluff any more. it was NOT INDY - was PAIR goulash ,no polish club nor psych were permitted

sorry my bad,my tourney (like it or not) dsnt allow psych,but north claimes was not psych.so since psych not alowed and N claimes wasnt psych then i wonder what it was

Sry I dont know how to quote :) however I believe a TD that say "WILL EXCLUDE ANYBODY THAT ASK FOR ADJUST' may not have tournement rules posted - what about some others that do have them - no way to see it when playing tourney .

agree!! also must limit - how can a playing director handle 120 players (sometimes is 120 pairs even) :o

What i strongly object to (and see more and more of) is a tourney with a playing TD,limit to 120 ,no description at all,mostly TD dsnt speak english so I cant even ask him to state in tourney page that is playing TD - not to mention limiting to less then 120.sigh
