I agree with this issue. I think the particular feature that curls77 is asking for might prove to be a bit difficult to implement, but a relatively easier feature could be that any member who is on the enemy or exclude list of the host of a team match or tournament, should not be able to kibitz there. Being a BBO TD myself for public events, this would additionally help me and other BBO TDs to split a cheating pair without worrying about the booted 'other half' returning to the table as kibitzer when kibitzing is allowed. This is the main concern due to which one would find that most public tournaments do not allow kibitzing till maybe the very end of a tournament. Hope this feature is introduced soon in the software :)
