I wish BBO would develop a quick and easy way to replay hands in our history. Right now, it is possible but requires many steps. Way too cumbersome! I’d like to just click on a hand in my history hit a replay button, then choose which seat I wish to play for that hand. The replay doesn’t need to be “scored;” just the result is OK. Maybe a Prime benefit?

I have the same problem with both Edge and Chrome browsers. Also, I've made convention cards on my ipad, and they don't show up on my Windows 10 PC.

I am not able to use the convention card function AT ALL with Windows 10, PC, Chrome or Edge browsers. I have made numerous convention cards for my partners using my ipad, but none of them show up on my PC. In addition, the NEW ACBL CONVENTION CARD button doesn't work at all.

I am able to post numerous convention cards for me and my partners using my ipad. However, the convention card tab on my pc browser shows none of them. And I cannot create a new convention card on my pc browser. Why is this not functioning? Windows 10 PC, problem with both Chrome and Windows Edge browsers.

I understand that stratification differs for each game, 1/3 of all players placed in A, B, and C strats. But can I get a general idea of the upper limits for the B and C strat in typical ACBL or ACBL Speedball games? Would it be possible for BBO to include the strat limits in the results for each game?

As someone who is deciding whether to remain in prime, this is the deciding issue. Other bridge apps allow this when playing with their robots, so I think this will be my last month on prime.

In prime table with 3 robots I am South. Anyway that I can swap and be North when North is declarer? I would like to play the hands instead of the robot. Most other bridge apps allow the swap.

What is the current schedule for ACBL pair games, 18 boards, not speedball? Which are match points and which are imps?

When I play against 3 robots in BBO prime, scoring is in IMPS. There is a table setting for this BBO Prime game with a toggle for scoring, but IMPS is my only choice. Is it possible to score in masterpoints?

BBO appeared to accept my transfer of money to my partner. But it doesn’t show up in our accounts. I’ve written accounting but they are unresponsive. How long does it take to appear? I don’t know if my transfer went through!
