It takes a full 3 minutes to load both the player list and the table list at the BEST of times, and much more when there's 5,000 to 6,000 players on line. And it's a royal pain when you've been disconnected and just want to get back to your table as soon as possible. I can leave the computer and go do a chore and come back before it's fully loaded.

When logging in to BBO, we have first one interminable wait while the player list is loading, and then another while the table list is loading. I suspect that many of us do not care about either list. When I log on, a list of my "Friends" is all I really need. Would it be possible to make the player list and table list optional? A screen that offered "Show Player List" and "Show Table List" as options, along with a "Friends" list, would be very pleasant and save about 3 minutes. This is especially important when having connection problems, when all we want is to get back to our table as soon as possible. What do you think?

Just a side note: I suggest never showing one's email address in one's profile. Why? The other day I reported a particularly obnoxious tournament participant, to the TD at the time, and later to BBO by the obscure and cumbersome email process. Now, I have never had a serious virus on my computer in several years of constant internet use, but within an hour of the tournament incident, I received an email containing Backdoor.Zincite.A and W32.Mydoom.M viruses, which devastated my computer. I cannot, of course, prove any connection, but the coincidence is obvious. And I do not wish these viruses on anyone, even my very few "enemies"...they are extremely nasty. I was able to remove the viruses, but a week later I am still trying to clean my computer and get everything to work right. Needless to say, I removed my email address from my profile immediately.

We need a button on the toolbar to report rude behavior IMMEDIATELY. The email method does not work, because by the time one's session is over, one has forgotten the details and sometimes even the name of the offender. I have tried contacting a host immediately. In one case, the host promised to have a word with the offender right away. In the other cases, I was simply told to report it by email, and the email address for this is not easy to find. A better faster way of reporting is necessary. Thanks.

In the tournament results, players or pairs are listed in order if finish, with their position on the left. BUT, on the right, there is a column entitled "Rank:, and the numbers in it appear to be slightly scrambled. What does "Rank" mean? Thanks.

Is there any way to call up the profile of a "friend" when the friend is not logged in to BBO? Thanks.
