BBO strips the CR/LFs from my notes about other players when I exit. Please fix this. Stripping out the CRLF from the notes makes them virtually illegible and useless. It doesn't do this to my profile. Surely you can use the same routine to handle the notes as the profile.

I played that tournament for years. It should be listed in my history, if you still have the record. There's a group of TDs that have it in for me. I have tried to register for tournaments I've played for years and received a notice that I'm blocked. I was able to get a reply from one (new) TD and they said I was designated a runner. This is a lie. At the time I had 100% TCR. I usually have a 100%. I asked this TD how could I have 100% TCR if I was a runner. This TD allowed me to register for the tournament. So there is a group of TDs that are petty and vindictive and actively sabotaging me. They would let me register for a tournament with a partner and wait 20-30 minutes for the tourament to begin and then boot me before we'd finished the first hand. With no warning or explanation. And it appears when they host a tournament that I've played for years they add me to the blocked list and designate me a runner. This is all because I complained about them allowing opps to stall me into an AVE. They have also booted me when I called TD about opps stalling. And now they're waging a vendetta against me as a group.

Quite frankly, I am insulted by the response I got. Firstly, I said clearly 93% which does not bar anyone from anything on BBO... I would attach a screenshot of my history but it appears this bulletin board doesn't allow that. I have been told I am noted as a runner by some tournaments and this is not true. What happened is some TDs allowed me to sit and wait to play with a partner for half an hour and then booted me as soon as the first hand was dealt. They did this because I complained about them allowing opps to stall us into an AVE when we had a good contract, numerous times. It was a pattern of sabotage. So I have been religiously avoiding their tournaments. And I have had a 100% TCR for months subsequent to that, after I learned to avoid them ... until recently when it went down to 93% for no reason I can see. And has stayed there.

The tournament completion rate is computed as an average percent of tournaments played till the end (completed tournaments) during the past 60 days. If someone has not played 10 tournaments yet, the software cannot operate a comparison. Robot tournaments have no effect on a person's completion rate. The only reasonable way to filter out the "runners" is to establish these average rates. The whole process is automated, so we cannot manually add exceptions - sorry for the inconvenience. The completion rates are updated nightly. So if you play and finish some more non-restricted tournaments during the next days your rate will grow and you will probably meet the conditions required. The fastest way to achieve this is to register as a substitute and play till the end of the tourney. The tourney will count as completed in your stats, even if you just joined for the last board. To check your statistics click on your own name, in the top right corner of the screen, and click Show profile. Thank you for letting us know about this.
