The response I received has absolutely nothing to do with the problem I cited. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- On Wed Jul 15 18:01:09 2020, ******************* wrote: My TCR is 93% and I have not quit or been booted from any tournaments for at least a month. I can't remember the last time. I just counted 14 tournaments completed since June 28th. What is going on? Am I being penalized for something? What? I feel persecuted. I usually have a 100% TCR. When I noticed my TCR was unusually low - 93% is unusually low for me, very unusual - I played at least half a dozen tournaments last week, completing them all. Maybe a dozen. That produced no change in my TCR. Also, your new 'improved' version gives me 'lack of activity' notices in the middle of tournaments, when I've been active. ----------------------------------------------------------------------------- Hi, You cannot join some of the tournaments because - either you do not have a Tournament Completion Rate yet, or - your Tournament Completion Rate is lower than the restriction set for the tourney you were trying to join. The tournament completion rate is computed as an average percent of tournaments played till the end (completed tournaments) during the past 60 days. If someone has not played 10 tournaments yet, the software cannot operate a comparison. Robot tournaments have no effect on a person's completion rate. The only reasonable way to filter out the "runners" is to establish these average rates. The whole process is automated, so we cannot manually add exceptions - sorry for the inconvenience. The completion rates are updated nightly. So if you play and finish some more non-restricted tournaments during the next days your rate will grow and you will probably meet the conditions required. The fastest way to achieve this is to register as a substitute and play till the end of the tourney. The tourney will count as completed in your stats, even if you just joined for the last board.
