Incidentally, the next time I restarted BBO I'm fairly sure that the login dialog box did not appear. Instead a "Loading..." message appeared [with no 'cancel' button in it]. The program was then hung up. The 'Close Program' dialog showed BBO as "not responding". I terminated it and started it again. This time the login proceeded normally.

Another crash, this time at the conclusion of a hand as other players were leaving. AFAICR I had not touched anything since playing the last card of the hand or dismissing MOVIE (I forget which).
