How is the number of masterpoints calculated? I think it depends on the number of tables. But how?

I played an instant tournament. After end of game i saw a table with the columns Name Score (%) Rank Prize Under the word Rank where 3 columns A, B, C. Column "A" ist clear. It is the end result. But what mean the columns B and C?
