  1. In the past few days BBO Challenges have not been working normally. I noticed that in group challenges (the ones involving more than two people), the challenges get stuck until 72 hours since initiation even though all players have finished playing the challenge. This makes a lot of finished challenges not closed out and unable to start a new one. Could you please investigate the issue? I hope BBO Challenges are back to normal ASAP.
  2. Dear Bridge Base Online Technical Support Team Currently we are experiencing errors in BBO challenges. Finished challenges, both individual and group challenges, are not marked completed (as denoted by green colour) and in group challenges, they remain incomplete despite the fact that all players have finished playing. As a result, many challenges are left in the panel and no more challenges can be created (as one player is only entitled to host one challenge to one bbo account and one group challenge). I understand that the current pandemic can lead to a large number of online players at a time and the server may have trouble handling them. However, I would like to report this issue as the technical team may not recognize this problem that it exists. I hope this issue will be investigated and solved. Thank you
  3. Cyberyeti, so what do you play most, ACOL or 2/1? And where do you live. London or outside?
  4. Since I started to play bridge, I've learned SAYC (5-card major and 1NT 15-17) as a first bidding system and I've learned 2/1 GF afterwards. I'm a fan of 2/1 bidding system due to its easiness to drive towards slam. I'm planning to go to UK a few months after that and as far as I know, the main bidding system for UK is ACOL (4-card major and 1NT 12-14). However, I do not know if in recent years, has the popularity of 2/1 caused more people in UK bridge club to realize this system or not. So, are the majority in UK club playing ACOL only or 2/1 is now playable?
