Have the prelimenary results that you used to receive immediately after playing a daylong robot tornament been turned off?

I have played more than 10 tournaments (in the last 30 days - Do instant or robot tournaments not count as that is the only reason I can think why i would not have rating

I have entered quite a lot of tournaments (particularly instants) but my completion rate is still unknown How can I see what has been counted towards the completion rate and what more I need to do to get a rating Thanks Neil
