  1. I think that the M-Tribe system is not only easier to learn ,but also easier to deepen than the most seen others, just like a tribe with its mystery and simplicity,and just like the bridge game ,and the bridge players ;
  2. Very good! U remind me another game of playing cards which we were enjoying when I was a child; now, A:=5; K:=3; Q:=2; J:=half;
  3. I don't think that decimal point is benefit to improve the speed of calculation; so...
  4. Now,I could give you an all-in-1 resolution here: *********************************************** II,8x6/68x KC asking wo/wt interference strength(0/1/2/3) answer: 5♣ :<=strength key cards &, <=strength secondary KCs; 5♦ :<=strength KCs but, >strength secondary KCs; 5♥ :>strength KCs but, <=strength secondary KCs; 5♠ :>strength KCs &, >strength secondary KCs; strongth define: 0:to weak responser; 1:to common; 2:to positive; 3:to strong; U could call it as 8x6/68x KC2bid. *********************************************** Else(further asking) maybe same as the top post;
  5. ...And there are some original comments: 2008-01-11 21:05:43 AKJ(without 10):=7; KQJ:=6; AQJ:=7; AJ(without 10):=4 KJ(without 10):=3 QJx:=3 2008-01-08 20:06:29 A:=4;K:=3;Q:=2; others: (1)3HCPs for Q-J & any card(A,K,10,9,8,7,6,5,4,3,2);or (2)1 HCP for J-10;or (3)3HCPs for other 4 Jacks in hand; or 2HCPs for other 3 Jacks in hand; or 1HCP for other 2 Jacks in hand;
  6. I think the new system is benefit to beginners to improve their processing speed; and I must emphasize that J without the near neighbor,not only lone Jack mught be counted as 0 HCP;
  7. It's seldom that 5-KC will come, but 5 might be change to 1 KC with 4 secondary KCs,such as trump Queen/suit Kings. How about the modification?
  8. While you bid the asking,you're impossible to known how many HCPs/KCs in the PD's hand; But you could know whether the PD's stonger or weaker;
  9. I don't think this new HCP system is proper for advanced or expert players.
  10. 836/683KCasking without interference(836/683KC3/0/1/5) Aces plus King of Trumps are key cards [...4nt] ? 5C :0/3 key cards 5D :1/5 5H :2/4 with the trump queen 5S :2/4 without the trump queen (836/683KC3015241240) The first two responses may be reversed (playing 836/683KC5130). 5 NT does not necessarily ask for kings. The next 2 steps (other than trump suit) ask for kings or the queen. That is: I,over 5 C: 5 D/H asks for trump Q 5 H/S asks for kings II,over 5 D: 5 H/S asks for trump Q 5 S/NT asks for kings III,over 5 H if: Clubs, Diamonds, or Hearts are trump: 5 S asks for kings Spades are trump: 5 NT asks for kings IV,over 5 S: 5 NT asks for kings ... 836/683KeyCard Kickback Instead of bidding 4nt to request key cards (see 836/683KCasking for key card combinations), responder bids the cheapest suit above the agreed suit. Thus, 4D is Kcasking for clubs 4H is Kcaking for diamonds 4S is Kcasking for hearts 4nt is Kcasking for spades. Answer after interference XOPY X:Double;Redouble; O:0 or odd; P:pass; Y:I/E-1 or even; More combinations available but need written announcements between partnership in advance. Original Webpage & more...
  11. Different from Milton Works' HCP counting system: Ace:=4HCPs; King:=3HCPs; Queen:=2HCPs; Jack-10:=1HCP; Queen-Jack with any card else:=3HCPs; Might be called as 836/683 HCP Counting system; All HCPs in a deck are 36HCPs to 40HCPs; Original Webpage
  12. I think that it might be very good,especially on multi 1♣ opening & 1♦ respose.
  13. pass/pass; 1,because of RHO's weak; 1,because RHO's Strong;
