I have noticed that recently there are no free robot tournaments at certain times of the day. Is it because, since the price hike for the paid robot tournaments, people voted with their feet? BBO is of course free to do this, but it really smacks of desperation. It would also have been nice to be informed of such a policy.

That's an invalid comparison. There is no Scandinavian citizenship, as opposed to the EU citizenship: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Citizenship_of_the_European_Union The point about language is irrelevant: BBO is not a discussion club. The "country" option is supposed to be about the allegiance. For many EU is more important than the country of birth.

Please include the European Union as an option in the account. There are many of us who prefer our EU citizenship to that of a particular country.

Yes, but that is not what I'm asking about. I'm talking about boards which already have been played by 10 or more players and have been scored. Couple of hours later the board is missing from the hand records.

Often after playing in the Main Bridge Club, I want another look at the more interesting hands I played and sometimes some of them are not there. Are they deliberately removed, and if so, why?

I really dislike the layout. The cards are too wide; I find it a strain for my eyes. Why can't the full table be shown, with cards of all 4 players lying on it, as in the Flash-Version?

Dear BBO, can you please make the undo-requests invisible to the partner of the requester? It is being abused all the time. Just one particularly egregious example: N opens 2S, E passes, S passes. Now E asks for an undo, which is rejected. W now bids 2NT on 3-3-5-2 7 count (without S stopper)! E raises to 3nt, which makes. Similar cases abound.

Wouldn't it be nice if one of the "just declare" were an IMP-tournament.

It seems to me that recently one has to wait much longer for a new player if someone leaves the table. Indeed, it happens much more often than in the past that nobody at all appears. Moreover it used to be the case that a robot would take over if a defender leaves in the middle of a hand. This seem also no longer the case, or at least it has become an exception rather than the rule. It is really annoying when an interesting hand cannot be played to the end.

This is awful. I also play MPs only very reluctantly. Please reconsider: 30% fewer players is still a very large number. Besides, since you now limit free daylong tournaments to only 3 per week, nobody can play 7 MP tournaments per week. Why not give the rest of us a chance to play 3 IMP tourneys per week?
