hmm, how about this?? i only see questions marks in place of suit symbols in the BBO chat window, like a supposed spade or club symbol would turn up as a ?, and a ? for a heart or diamond. thankfully this only happens in the chat window, but not the bidding as well. still, i would like to know how to remedy this problem, thank you.
