:) No Adjustments in a tournament? Then why run CLOCKED tourneys? As you can see, this is my pet peeve @ the moment. I can understand a TD insisting on 'no adjustments' because players ask for the impossible sometimes. What I can't understand is getting an average minus because the TD has chosen not to adjust AND runs a clocked tournament. What does this encourage? Players who play slow when they realise the result is going to be bad for them. One player messaged me after a tournament and said she should have done really well but after playing 4 hands and getting an average minus in 2, she wonders why she bothered to play at all! We realise the TD's are helping the site by running the tournaments for our benifit but a little rule like 'no adjustments = unclocked' would leave everyone a lot happier. What do you think? :huh:
