Playing sets of 4 deals on BBO I got the cards shown. E passed. As S I opened 1NT, W bid 2 and my robotic partner N jumped to 4♥. I passed, thinking that N had a bunch of hearts and some good points. Please explain how the robot came to the conclusion to bid 4♥ with only 5 hearts and 6 HCP? We practice and learn by playing against two basic robots. The robot play seemed pretty good until about a two or three weeks ago. Now we are seeing much more frequent goofy plays by the basic robots. Has there been a recent change in their software? Thanks, Dave...

While playing and learning on line with my partner against two robots after a few hands we can no longer see the bid explanations when hovering the cursor over an opponent's (robot's) bid. We have tried 4 different browsers with the same results. Sooner or later these helpful explanations go away. We generally play about 12 hands per session. The explanations disappear at random times but the capability never recovers during a session and they always are gone before we finish playing.
