Please fix this orientation problem quickly. This is very uncomfortable.

I am sick of the robots in the BBO tourneys putting me into slams that cannot be made, when all I want to do is be in game. When the opposing bots have preempted, it is impossible to bid a makeable game, especially in the minor suits, without being put into a slam that does not make.

When a player subs in an individual tourney, they very often inherit a pretty ugly score from their predecessor. I think it would be nice for the person who left to retain their ugly score, and the person subbing have their score determined from the hands they actually play, with averages over the hands that they did not play. This would make it more attractive for players to sub. As it stands now, you don't even know what terrible scores you might inherit. Furthermore, inheriting another players bad scores distorts the sub's own average overall, and creates a false picture of that player's performance.
