Hi Ido It worked! What did happen though was my font on BBO changed dramatically and is harder to read. Very cool indeed!

The view on my screen (iMac) highlights the dark haired woman's cleavage at the bottom the screen. Might do something for me if I was a guy but .......

Hi all I got this email yesterday and am trying to help out some friends. They would like to set up a teaching table. I don't even own a cell phone so am of no help. As follows: ""We are going to try it on Thursday 🤞I am hoping you can help one of our players with her attempts to get on the BBO App. She has filled in her username and password (and has changed it several times to see if that helps) but when she tries to log in she gets a message to Enter her ABCL number - required. None of us has a number so I’m not sure how I am able to log in so I can’t seem to help her get on the App. If you have any suggestions on how to maneuver around this we all would greatly appreciate it! Hi Bud Yes - the hands can be uploaded individually to a BBO teaching table and usually (though it has been hit and miss lately) you have access to the BBO voice feature. I find the best way to conduct a session is to use Zoom for voice but have the students kib at the BBO table. As for selecting the hands to discuss, I usually work that from Deal Archive. You can select the hand from there and export it to a teaching table. If you need help let me know. I will contact you by BBO mail.

Hi Red. Yes - I had this problem months ago (on Safari), it went away for a while then yesterday it happened again (with a different browser). I have an iMac (old) and use Chrome for BBO. Not sure why it happens but it is an annoyance.

Hi there Click on the "Messages" tab on the right hand side of the screen. At the top it will read News, Chat, Mail. Click on Mail and your messages will appear. Click on the message you would like to read.

This might solve your problem. In the table options, at the top, the is a line for Description. Add this to the description +anchat+ This allows new BBO members to chat to the table and kibs. Hope that works. Babs

Yes - I am having trouble reading the chat also. It seems that the old version uses a "bold" font so the colour is more concentrated. Maybe it is just needs a font change? Thanks BBO!

This also happen to me on occasion and I use Safari (on a mac). I have no idea how to stop it without having to log out of BBO and sign back in. If I am playing I move the profile off to the side until I have a chance to log out.

Just a few more questions. I am using a mac desktop. 1) Is there a way to change the chat font size? 2) Is there a way to set to ‘Mouse Over” rather than having to click on the name for profile? 3) When I set up a bidding/teaching table, I don't get a menu for redeal/undo/table options/deal source/pictures of card - just 3 grey bars on a blue background. When I click on the grey bars a menu for these options appears. Is this normal or just a mac thing? Not a problem just wondering as buttons would be much easier to use. 4) Smaller cards would be nice. The cards showing are clunky and I have trouble with the size on my screen. Great that the files archive is now listed alphabetically! Is there a convenient list of items comparing the present web version with the new HTML version - what will be changed and what will stay the same? Thanks so much for your help!!

Hi BBO people I'm looking for a nice partner (or a small group if I can find a few players interested) to play and practice online. I am retired, married to a golfer, so have lots of time to play. Oh yeah, I live in the west (Pacific Time Zone) - a rare occurrence for BBO players so it seems. :blink: At the moment I play 2/1 with some standard stuff (Capp, Michaels, J2NT, U2NT, FSF, Inv Minors, Rev Bergen, Drury, Smolen.
