I have had problems for about 10 days. I try to log on, sometimes BBO just hangs with logging in, sometimes it hangs with Loading table list. Should that all clear then I can travel around BBO fine until I try to enter a tourney or play then BBO hangs again. I have been able to play once. Currently I cannot even get to a table. My Dad has just tried with his computer at his home and he has the same problem. My brother came over to my house with his laptop and had the same problem. We were unable to play bridge. :( My desktop and laptop are both giving me the same problem. I have uninstalled BBO on laptop cleaned it up and rebooted it then reinstalled BBO but still no joy. Please what is going on? Is this a UK problem?

I have managed to muck up my BBO SAYC Basic CC. How can I download a replacement copy? Thanks, Peter

Ok so no guide trial and error. I can live with that. Please explain to this idiot how to print the tree/info. Confused of Newbury

I have searched all over and cannot find an idiots guide to using the new convention card. I understand that it is work in progress but I would like to use it. Currently my crib sheet is based on the BBO/ACBL Learn to Play Bridge programs. However I am getting some stick as these are quite conservative when compared with most peoples bidding. Ideally I would like to print out the new card although I guess that it is in a very large tree format. At the moment it is like peering through a letter box! Any help on how to use the the new Convention card would be very much appreciated. Thanks, Peter

BBO seems to have got inreliable recently. This started before the latest update but is worse now. I play in the BIL and our competition on sunday was cancelled after very poor connections and slow speed. I have just been playing with people having to disconnect and then reconnect etc. This is getting avery wearing. I have only been a member since July but it is definately a lot worse now. On the good side more and more people are joining the BIL (Beginners/Intermediate Lounge). Peter :mellow:

Is it possible to share a computer so that different people can use BBO? They will not be playing at the same time! Can they just register and then use the same icon on the desktop but just change the login and password? Will the movies be all mixed up? Thanks, Peter :ph34r:
