Since this morning, I can't access hand records anywhere, either from http://www.bridgebase.com/myhands/index.php or after logging in. Anyone else having trouble?

Handviewer link The 3♠ bid should be forcing, since it bypasses the 3 level in the only suit we've bid, and opener has in no way shown extras. Any idea why this bizarre description and bid occurred?
