  1. It is easy to reproduce the bid in the bidding table by limiting say East (Robot, 12-13p), West (Robot, 0-3p) and North (Robot, 0-10p) and setting the dealer to East only. In my test case I got (1H) - Dbl - 3C (explained 4+C 9-11 total points) and 3NT = 22-25hcp and stop in hearts. The North with 11+total point Gib-hands go via a cue bid if NT bids are not the case.
  2. There is a systematic insanity in the bidding when the auction has gone like this: (x and y are suits) (1x) - Dbl - (P) - 3y; (P) - 3NT. 3NT is logical against the extras (3y) from the robot but 3NT means 22+p to robot and it almost always bids a slam. Please correct this.
  3. If I have overcalled 1NT and the Gib at my left has doubled for penalty and I have escaped with a five card suit (1X)-1NT-(Dbl = penalty)-P; 2Y then my Gib partner often bids a new suit with four card suit driving the level to 3 or leaving bad trump fit. This behaviour often leads to very a bad result. The bidding has occurred even when Gib has had a three card support.
  4. I was directed here to report bugs in Gib. I have seen at least twice Gib bidding 1NT-3C; 3D-3NT which is explained as a quantitative bid with 6D and about 15hcp. However Gib had only 8-9hcp. Either the explination or contents of the bid should be changed.
