    How are the points submitted? I have earned some but they have not appeared in my count. How can I get that corrected?

    When I play in your tournaments and earn master points, are they ever sent to ACBL? I submitted my ACBL number. I guess what I want to know is do I really earn master points?Also, so some reason I have a different user ID name on my PC the tis different from my user ID on my iPad. How do I change that?
