My partner and I are rapidly advancing players seeking high quality pairs competitions or tourneys on BBO. I have had difficulty identifying these types of events where my partner and I can come and cut our teeth against truly good competition. The speedball tourneys just aren't cutting it. They're played way too fast to really analyze certain hands that occasionally need more than a few seconds to make a decision and we find the level of competition in these to be very erratic. Can anyone point me to any regularly scheduled games or tourneys (free or paid) where we might find a higher and more consistent level of competition against other established pairs? Any help is greatly appreciated.
