"never" Blackwood "No matter how the auction went" Are these very specific wordings that 4NT is never rkc ? I think his theory is to make this 4NT no confusion, you never need to guess what it is ?

Does it mean that even if you have a known fit, 4NT is still not rkc ? Say 1H (1S) 4H (4S) 4N ......
