A far as I know, some players in my tourney were complained as cheaters by tds of other tourney or other players. I once also notified a yellow about a pair's cheating... Sometims I opened the tourney to kibitzers... sometimes disalowed them..... Really hard to make sure who must be the cheaters.... but there are cheaters in tourney...... Just a intresting comparing result.... Really have no time to check their hands..... just look them as experts.......

In a kibitzers disallowed tourney, 70% is enough to be the winner. even 66% or so... However, in a tourney allowing kibitzers, at least 72% needed to win it. Normally 75% to be the winner. What happened in a kibitzers allowed tourney?

There were thunder storms when I hosted a midnight tourney. In the 5th round (totally 6 rounds), power cut happened ........... This was really one of the wosrt thing to a td. I am the only td in this tourney... The good news is yellows and rmoyster helped direct the tourney later.......

I wish td can romove stuck subs in sub list. a player have to waste several mins to get a partner because of stuck subs. sometimes only one or two stuck subs (maybe subbed out if tourney) in list,.... So hope I can remove them...

I agree yours opinion that we want to kibitz the good players in "play" tourneys. Almost all tourneys are for playing at BBO. However, the weekly BBO MP/IMP Finals are for "compete", which will give the champions STAR and the qualification for the anual Final.

It may be fairer to disallow kibitzers in the weekly BBO IMP/MP Final. Just a suggestion.

wow. I was such a sub yesterday to defend 3NT at last 5 tricks. I knew nothing and ..... . Though we did well at all last boards, we only got 5th. or My partner should be No1 or 2. But sometimes it is very hard for a declarer to tell the sub how to do it. TDs rarelly have enough time to deal with such things.

Suggest that there be an automsg function during tournament. ie, At the first, some welcome msg can be autosended to tournament. And at the beginning of the last board, also thx msg sended.... especially at the begingning of a tournament, many calls run to screen, you have few time to type msg to tournament.

For the 2nd case, the player who openned 1C can bid of ccouse after partner's dbl. It would be so ridiculous if a player can not bid after partner's dbl 3c or higher. Should I pass after p's dbl when I believe 3NT or 4S or 6C better? According ot the Mc's rule, I can do nothing but pass p's dbl over 2S. TD can do adjustment in some cases. Mcbruce can adjust score in the 2nd case just beacause they got a coincident contract, but not that player bidded after p's dbl 3D.
