I have no problem creating lin files - I just want to upload them

There is still a bug in the software preventing us from uploading a lin file to our personal collection. When will this be fixed? I want to use BBO for teaching beginners and creating deals within BBO is very tedious, the more so when I have suitable pbn files which I can convert to lin

Now that there is a Casual server, might this change? Where can I ask? I run a club in Cape Town

How are the running IMPS, displayed continuously while playing, calculated?

There is an option for this with a teaching table but the results are, at least for me, incomprehensible. I would like to see it even for bidding practice tables

If I am running a teaching table, at the end of a deal I can select Double Dummy from the Table Options. If hand diagrams is selected, the result is impossible to read. If pictures of cards, then many of the cards are marked with a one. How do I interpret this?

Thanks for your advice - it was all my fault :-[ I failed to tell the would-be members to skip the log-in fields and proceed directly to 'Become a Member'.

Not a reply, but seeking a better answer. A friend has just registered, but is unsure of her user name and/or password. No email adress has been regsitered. How can we completely remove the values that are presumably stored somewhere on her computer and begin again It also seems that it is very unwise to let the computer remember these items - this prevents another family memberfom using the same computer with a different user name
