I am using the latest iOS BBO app, and if I a, playing a Bridge 4 solitaire session, I am finding most of the time I cannot double, in legal situations. It doesn’t matter whether I have confirm bid turned on or off. It generally works ok via web browser, but I find that situation frustrating as my settings are never saved no matter what I do. I am using a 7th generation ipad. I hope it’s just me so someone can tell what I’m doing wrong.

I get it, the robots go "a little" off script sometimes. I crossed my fingers north also had good spades and went to 6. In what universe, where I have shown a real diamond suit, does a VOID count as the king?! This sort of thing is why I consider online events a complete waste of money. It's bad enough playing with robots is a crapshoot, but throw in incomprehensible actions like this one and it's not worth bothering.

I didn't make a two-suited call, I can't have as many as 4 spades, the 2S call has nothing to gain and a lot to lose. What am I supposed to bid here? If it's making this kind of raise there must be some kind of play for game, right? Only in hearts unfortunately (they were 2-2). These are not isolated incidents. Every time something like this happens I start feeling like I am wasting my money on games here.

I just played a hand in the day-long free game. I held ♠ AQT9xx ♥ -- ♦ J ♣ AKQJxx and the bidding went: 2C (by me) -- 2H (positive), 2S -- 4N (RKC for spades), 5S -- 5N (description says it promises all the key cards), so I just jump to 7♠. But then I see dummy: ♠ Jxx, ♥ KQxxx, ♦ Qxxx, ♣ x What happened?!
