What are the reasons for a computer redeal automatically before the first bid is made? This has happened a few times. It was not an agreed-upon redeal by the current players.

Why was a tournament hand stopped abruptly and score posted as "ave" with a 50% rating while we were still playing the hand? We were sure to make contract, plus overtricks which would have given us a higher percentage than the 50% assigned.
