  1. The problem arose after I followed online advice to disable all add-ons and then enable necessary ones [to resolve a slow browser issue]. Now, although Flash Player 12 is installed [after running adobe uninstaller], I cannot log in to BBO which still says I require Flash Player? Several times I have clicked the BBO 'Get Flash' link to be alerted after the download that Flash Player is already on the hard drive. The same problem arose with Picasa3's creative kit but it now works fine which has me confused. My latest action was 'system restore' and I lack the expertise & confidence to undertake any further action so, for now, I don't have access to BBO. Any and all advice welcomed - I sorely need the practice......LOL! Thankyou, Ray.
  2. After only minutes after logging in, the connection is lost and requires several attempts to re-establish.
  3. BBO crashes frequently in Chrome on my XP PC. BBO support have been very helpful with volumes of advice though the problem persists. I have been with BBO for 7 years and I can only think of only one change which could be responsible I recently downloaded 'CHROME'.
