On BBO, I have seen games where the alerts pop-up very quickly and are generated from the convention card, you dont have to type anything. Does any one know how to set up conventon cards and options to do that ? I am using the latest internet version of BBO on my desktop, I think

I would start by dealing 4 hands, all open and explain the process of dealing and bidding each time after that the next few hands are played like regular session, except that there are NO RULES, ask as many questions as you want, feel free to show your cards araound after that the next few hands are designed to show the penalties/bonuses of undertricks/overtricks after that the next few hands are designed to show the bonuses of game/slam contracts after that the next few hands are designed to show scoring for vulnerabilities rudimnents of hand evaluation come next

The BIL forum is for beginners and Intermediates, you should look for tables which show +anchat+ +slow+ in the description, which is used to invite discussions. Once you find the table, send a private message to the host showing interest in joining.I also found it useful to mark as friends others who matched my skill level. BTW, you should also feel free to start your own table and invite others inside BIL or in the Relaxed Bridge forum. The start table option is located in the main menu inside the box titled "play or Watch Bridge". FOR BIL , the option for starting a new table: 1st select > List all Tables 2nd select > All Public and Private Clubs 3rd select > All Public Clubs 4th select > "Start table" on row showing manager " BILManager - BILlies Retreat "

I just re-bid 3NT because my partner the robot bid 2NT http://tinyurl.com/lxz86xn I wish I knew how to past a picture here .. but anyhow, N-E-S-W bidding went P-p-1D-p-2NT-p-3NT looking at my partner (north) hand you see AKT-54-J62-KT853 the explanation said partial stop in S,H, and C with my 13 hcp , I went ahead and bid 3NT, North robot made 3NT when East switched from H to S at trick two it looks like two wrongs make a right any body have any idea how 54 in H would consitute a partial stopper ?

I am a beginner / intermediate in BBO and I have saved many deals , but i have no idea how to re-play them. I am able to re-visit them but then I do not know how to re-bid them or play them differently for pratise purposes. Perhaps this topic has already been addressed elsewhere. Any help is appreciated :)
