I am losing connection during play both at home and while traveling...so it is unlikely a server problem. Using iPad which I keep updated. Any theories? March 17, 2016: The problem continues. Lost connection 4 or 5 times while playing weekly tournament. Not my server. A few days ago, I had husband get onto BBO and play a few hands with me...same table...I was host. I got disconnected, he did not.. No answers. Does anyone from BBO EVER RESPOND?

I have been experiencing frequent disconnects from BBO both during play at a table and when not logged in, playing anonymously with robots. My carrier is Verizon, I don't think that's the problem. It's only been in the last month or two. What's going on?
