every few minutes I lose connection with bbo ... nothing seems to be wrong at my end ... anyone else having this problem?

For years I have appreciated the wonderful BBO website and the service it provides to bridge players the world over. But I don't see the point of the ugly new design. It looks like change for change's sake. What a shame.

What's the point in issuing compatibility star ratings which are unexplained and apparently of no practical or other use?

every now and then - usually just when i get a lovely hand - i lose the connection and get this message. what causes it and how can i prevent it?
