when 14-16 nt with non-F 1NT reponse,how response with this hands below(for example) 1♥ OPEN his pd have this hand: ♠ xxx ♥ x ♦ AQJxxx ♣ Qxx the opener will pass with 5♥332,11-13hcp,but the 1NT isn't the best contract that makes me confused

I play stardard 2/1 with 15-17nt and forcing 1nt,I want to add gazzilli to my system,but some problem here: 1H 1NT 2C 2D 2H 2S 2H=5+H-3+C,11-16hcp,2S=GF,relay my question is I have a hand like this when I as a resp: S XXX H QX D KQXX C KXXX I should bid 2S to GF? or just 2H PASS(if opener had 5332,11-12hcp)?,or bid 2NT inv? anyone could answer,thx,I need your suggestion
