Adjusting scores is a bit tidious. Tds need to retype a name of a player, and cant must complete the adjustment before other actions. I suggest a non-modal (floating) scoring box, that can be selected by leftmouse click on a playername. (BTW,a simple copy Nickname function would be an improvement too)

i would suggest to show for each table the # of the board being played. SO TDs can quicky see how the status is. Subs can see how far the T progressed.

BTW, loading an unsorted list or a list with duplicate names will not work properly either. Myabe BBO can sort and filter during loading? As a suggestion: after loading a list there isnt a Save button. Using more lists you easily can make an error, and save to the wrong file.

Nothing has changed in this area. The only window-related thing that has changed is that the ads in BBO now appear within their own "window". I put window in quotes here because it is only a window from a programming point of view - it is not a window in the same sense as the Movie window (for example). If this is the cause of the problem then try playing at a table with BBO set to "narrow mode" (you can use Control-W to switch between narrow and wide modes). In narrow mode there is not enough space on the screen for ads to be displayed. If OKScript always works in narrow mode but does not always work in wide mode then the table ads are almost certainly related to this problem. Even manually ( click on ad and then start typing) the chat box doesnt open, while if u click on chatarea and then start typing it does. i have tried some delays, but doubt if they help ( DELAY ) it looks like the FIRST input in a textbox causes rejection

I think the problem is timing. It looks as if the message queue of the program doesnt always responds. The strange thing is... the same script and functions work sometimes, esp if the target textbox is filled(witha spce e.g.)

The Save As option is only available for Directors for some reason. ( prob to keep the blacklist in order;))) Martin

i use Resolution Changer to change resolutions. it simplifies the process. u can download it from www.download.com. (I use 800*600, but sometimes change to to higher ones) ML

After using OKScript for over a year now, its only works intermittently. Sometimes, keys send to BBO arent processed by BBO. This has happened after installing latest version(503). Almost always the automatic filling of a new tourney fails now; it seems that the textbox or window cant received anything. Even sending messages to tourney chat arent displayed always, but sometimes they are. i am using XP prof, all updates. My HOSTS files blocks all ad-addresses like adclick, fastclick etc its very annoying... Fred plssssss help me:))))

Seeing, as a (nonplaying) TD, which player did or didnt accept the claim looks to me a must have feature. Now ur only option is to ask, or to set some score.

In the case of more calls u can join the text for sure. Guess we can think of a nice layout. Most calls are without text or with a short one. Working with sections needs some thinking though :P

In the combobox of the chatwindows u can select the person to which u want to send the message. This list, however, is an historylist. Can it be made that u can type a name in this combobox? In some situation, u cant goto lobby or display players to click on one. Thanks. Martin

Hola Folks Those TD boxes popping up are very annoying, since focus is changing, chat text disappearing and hiding vital screeninformation. I suggest some changes, hope Fred can take some time to solve this annoyance. 1. adjust the tables-view showing sequencenumbers of calls, maybe even sort tables on call-sequence :P? 2. join multiple calls for the same table to one call 3. put the call in the chat box with clickable table or player; drop the boxes 4. in the tables-view is currently the type of scoring displayed, in tourneys redundant; maybe u can use this space for the sequence, boardnumber, clock? Maybe just logout? B) or switch off the option: notigy when a friend logs on ? ;) this clicking thing can be solved by displaying these, and other, messages in the chatbox instead of bubbles, so no click needed anymore.

Maybe make it all adjustable by users? so u can make groups urself, and mark each group (optional) with a color? For directors this would be an aid 2, to have a list of people to refuse;)

My wishlist for 2005: During directing a lot of messages popup with OK button: move them to the chatspace; advantage u can read them again, and u dont have 2 click Allow editing of CC's, tournament descriptions and such by third party's ; make a formal description available and allow upload During directing, prevent overtyping of usernames/playernames etc at all ? costs; esp with subbing one: in contextmenu add an option substitute? Consider the possibility to seperate directors tools from the main program allow temporary lengthen the time for a round (maybe standard 1 min extra for first and last round) ? Make Tournament settings a non-modal box? ( maybe diff:) so u can switch tables and leave box open Add a "ask for substitutes" button place directorrequests in a TO-DO/task list? Sorry uday :blink: lot of work for u.... and Fred of course I myself was thinking of making an editor for directors:)) BUT u are the best:))

Is it possible to disallow the cards being shifted, just after auction? Or maybe it can be made optional? It often results in wrong leads.

Ill like the way i can scroll with the mouse (and my keyboard btw). Can the scroll movements be supported by BridgeBase, e.g. in Lobby, tournements and tableview? ( I know it can :) ) but will u do it? B)

This can be solved by deciding to mail or to chat on the moment it is send, not on the moment the message is typed. So i would suggest not to offer a choice, but only a mark if other is online. On sending the program can choose the right way.

The time displayed via ../myhands displays the US time ? i like if its localized 2 my timezone. Is that possible?
