I've had this problem for several weeks. Reported it to BBO support, but got no solution. Any help appreciated. It's really annoying

Can you tell me how to put a robot in as a sub, in a tourney where robots are excluded, as I can't seem to do it. Thanks

I have exactly the same problem. I only run one tournament a week, and I always copy the previous week's tournamnet to create the next week's, simply advancing the time by seven days. After I change the time, and click modify tournament, the time is still always wrong. No matter how many times I correct it, click modify tournament, log off and on again, it is still wrong. So far, onece there is only one tournament remaining, and I correct the time, it modifies correctly, but as long as their are two tournaments, it never modifies the time correctly on the later tournament. This has happened every week since I started running tournaments, eight weeks ago.

I run a weekly tournamnet for my virtual club, usually 7 or 8 tables. We play 6x3 board rounds, unclocked. It is always a Mitchell style, 2-winner movement. If I use the options +howell+ and +rounds6+, will that give me a 6x3 board Howell movement? Any documentaion I can find is unclear on this point.

Hi, I have encountered a problem when making BBO movies. I have tried contacting BBO support (#324940), but have had no satisfactory reply. The problem occurs in two different movies. I am using the 'Bid/Play' tool, and want to play a single card before moving on to the next frame. On both occasions the movie progresses as if the card is not played. Only if I play more than one card will the movie play correctly. The problem can easily be demonstrated simply by playing the movie, and noting the actions in the frame. As I find the movies really useful, I would appreciate any help with this issue. Thanks
